As long-term owners and operators of our own properties, we take a hands-on approach to management. We take pride in the condition of our buildings and consistently reinvest through updates, improvements, and proactive maintenance. Our goal goes beyond day-to-day operations. We focus on strengthening our properties over time for the benefit of residents, tenants, and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Our journey began in 1981 with Joe Michael, who established the foundation of the company. Today, we continue to build on that foundation by owning, operating, and maintaining our properties with the same long-term focus that has guided the company since its inception.
